We are pleased to announce the important dates for the PARSEC Accelerator Open Call 2. The applications will be open from 30 March 2020 until 20 June 2020 at 17:00 CET. An integral part of the Open Call 2 is the PARSEC Demo Day which will be held in Brussels, Belgium, on 2-3 July 2020.
What is the PARSEC Accelerator Open Call 2?
The second Open Call provides access to the PARSEC Accelerator second stage. It will be open for cross-sectoral and/or cross-border consortia of 2-4 innovators (start-ups, SMEs, researchers…) where at least one of the members is a winner of the PARSEC Accelerator Open Call 1 (#100PARSEC). Applicants of the Open Call 2 will pitch their Earth Observation-based innovations for Food, Energy or Environment at the PARSEC Demo Day in Brussels, Belgium, on 2 and 3 July 2020. A jury consisting of industrial CEOs, investors and business leaders will select 15 winning consortia (#15PARSEC) that each will receive €100.000 equity-free funding and second stage business support services such as PARSEC business catalysts, investment readiness programme, and export promotion services.
How to create a cross-sectoral and/or cross-border consortium for the PARSEC Accelerator Open Call 2?
Innovators who are not among the #100PARSEC will have to team up with one of the #100PARSEC in order to apply. We will facilitate this consortia-building by publishing the list of #100PARSEC on our website and organising multiple matchmaking events.
